Queer & Lesbian Singles Events

Connected is a three-hour, in-person workshop created exclusively for lesbian, sapphic, queer female-identifying, and gender-non-conforming individuals who are longing for deeper connection, within themselves and in their relationships with others.
Through a series of guided solo and group practices, you'll be invited to explore new ways of relating to your body, your voice, and the people around you. These practices will support you in building new pathways to safety, expanding your capacity for intimacy, and cultivating more conscious, embodied communication.
This workshop is intentionally designed for queer, lesbian, and sapphic women and gender-diverse individuals to ensure a container that feels safe, affirming, and resonant.
It’s an opportunity to meet and connect with like-minded souls in a space where your full self is not just accepted, but celebrated.

This is for you if:
You identify as sapphic, lesbian, or queer and as female or gender-non-conforming, and you long for spaces where all of who you are is deeply seen and held.
You avoid or run from intimacy because getting close feels like a risk you’re not sure your heart can handle.
You struggle to accept certain parts of yourself and often hide them out of fear of judgment or rejection.
You find it hard to connect to your emotions, and you feel overwhelmed or shut down when others express theirs.
You don’t know where to meet other queer, lesbian, and sapphic babes in ways that feel genuine, nourishing, and not tied to dating apps or nightlife.
You often feel like your needs and boundaries are dismissed, misunderstood, or not taken seriously.
You tend to lean toward casual sex or one-night stands, not because it’s what you truly want, but because deep intimacy feels terrifying.
You crave deeper, more meaningful conversations but often find yourself stuck in surface-level interactions that leave you feeling unseen.
You’re unsure of what your internal boundaries are and don’t always know what your true yes or no feels like in your body.
You feel uncomfortable in your body and often avoid being seen, physically, emotionally, or sensually.
You struggle to trust others and often keep people at a distance, even when part of you longs to be close.
You don’t feel like you can safely show up as your full, authentic self in relationships, and it leaves you feeling isolated or disconnected.
And you wish to:
Have authentic, fulfilling, and intimate relationships that nourish you on every level, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
Be able to show up as your full, unfiltered self and feel deeply loved, accepted, and celebrated just as you are.
Feel confident, sexy, and at ease in your physical body, and safe enough to let yourself be seen and shared with others.
Access and express your emotions with clarity and compassion, allowing you to deepen connection and create true emotional intimacy.
Build a grounded, loving relationship with yourself where your desires and needs are not only known but honoured.
Communicate your needs, boundaries, and desires clearly and confidently, without fear of rejection or misunderstanding.
Trust others with your heart and allow yourself to be truly seen, held, and supported in connection.
Feel deeply understood, heard, and respected in your relationships, without having to explain or justify your truth.

Previous Attendees:
"I came in to the connected event feeling nervous and a bit closed off. Caitlin masterfully guided us through progressive connection and intimacy activities that allowed us to open up to ourselves and others. This session was really beautiful and taught me many things about my inner world and connection to others. I would highly recommend Caitlin’s work so any Queer person looking to deepen all sorts of connection. I’ve left this session with people who will hopefully become friends and perhaps lovers." ~ EH
"I was encouraged to attend this event by a friend and I was unsure what it would involve. I could not have loved it more. Caitlin created a very intimate but safe space for us to connect. So many people are touch and connection deprived and this space offered both in a safe way. There are too few ways to really drop the mask and connect without being explicitly sexual - Caitlin's workshop is one of those ways. It will stay with me for a long time. I highly recommend Caitlin's workshops for anyone who wants to really find a heart connection with themselves and others." ~ NT
" Caitlin created a safe space that allowed us to practice heart-centered interactions to improve our intimacy skills that did not involve sex. I think it’s a valuable workshop for anyone who wants to enhance their ability to connect to themselves and others through an embodied practice." ~ AC
