A gentle and affirming 5-week online group program created especially for queer and neurodivergent souls who are tired of feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or like they have to hide parts of themselves to get through the day.

Begins September 3rd, 2025

This program offers practical, body-based tools and somatic practices designed to help you feel more grounded, regulated, and deeply connected, all while fully honouring your lived experience without pressure or bypassing your unique journey.

Whether you’re new to somatic work or seeking a slower, softer way to come back home to your body and your sensitivity, The Soft Return meets you exactly where you are.

It’s a nurturing space to rediscover your inner wisdom, build resilience, and gently reclaim your sense of self, with kindness, safety, and radical acceptance.

This is for you if:

  • You often feel overwhelmed, overstimulated, or shut down and are looking for simple, body-based tools to gently come back to yourself and find emotional steadiness.

  • As a neurodivergent and queer person, you’re tired of spaces that don’t truly see or honour your unique experience, and you want a nurturing environment that respects your whole self.

  • You crave more ease, softness, and authentic connection in your daily life, a way to feel truly at home in your body without needing to fix or change who you are.

  • You want practical, personalized tools that work specifically for your nervous system and sensory needs, rather than generic advice that misses your uniqueness.

  • You’re ready to deepen your understanding of your neurodivergence beyond clinical labels, embracing it as an evolved way of being and discovering your unique gifts.

  • You struggle with setting and maintaining boundaries that genuinely protect your energy and support your well-being, especially in relation to others’ emotions and energy.

  • You feel disconnected from your inner cues, intuition, and sensations, and want to rebuild that trust so you can make choices that honour your true self.

  • You’re done masking or hiding parts of yourself to fit in, and you’re ready to reclaim your sensitivity and authenticity as a powerful strength to be celebrated.

What You’ll Explore:

Week 1 – Understanding Your Uniqueness
You’ll explore how your sensory needs, nervous system responses, and neurodivergence shape the way you move through the world. Together, we’ll look at what helps you feel nourished rather than overloaded, uncover your unique gifts, and reframe neurodivergence as an evolved way of being. You’ll begin building your own sensory and emotional tool kit, practical support you can return to whenever you need it.

Week 2 – Coming Home to Your Body
You’ll gently reconnect with your body’s cues, rhythms, and sensations in a way that feels safe and supportive. You’ll explore what safety means for you, learn how your body communicates, and begin practicing grounding, self-regulation, and authentic self-care. This is about beginning to build trust with your body, finding steadiness through stimming or movement, and coming back to yourself, at your own pace, with compassion.

Week 3 – Making Space for Emotions
You’ll learn gentle, body-based practices to regulate and process emotions without shutting down, pushing through, or overwhelming yourself. You’ll explore how to move energy that isn’t yours, set energetic boundaries, and expand your capacity to feel and hold a wider range of emotions safely. This is about honouring your sensitivity and building resilience, so you can move out of survival mode and return to yourself with more ease.

Week 4 – Reclaiming Self-Trust & A Sense of Self-Worth
You’ll explore how self-worth is felt and built in the body, and practice coming home to your inherent value through somatic awareness and nervous system support. Together, we’ll focus on listening to your intuition, setting boundaries that honour your true self, and unmasking to reconnect with who you really are. This is about stepping into confidence, creating a life that supports your uniqueness, and turning your sensitivity into a source of strength and empowerment.

Week 5 – Integration Circle
Offers a gentle, supportive space to reflect on everything you’ve uncovered throughout your journey. Together, we’ll share insights, set intentions for moving forward, and celebrate the fullness of who you are, honoring your growth, resilience, and authentic self.

By the end of this 5-week journey:

  • You’ll feel more at home and at ease in your body, deeply connected to your sensory world and the subtle inner cues that guide you.

  • You’ll have practical, accessible tools to regulate your nervous system, helping you stay softer, steadier, and more grounded throughout your daily life.

  • Your confidence in setting and honouring healthy boundaries will grow, alongside a deeper trust in your intuition and inner wisdom.

  • You’ll experience freedom from the pressure to mask or perform, embracing your sensitivity and neurodivergence with greater compassion and self-acceptance.

  • You’ll have clarity about what safety and authentic self-care truly mean for you, empowering you to live in alignment with your unique needs.

  • Above all, you’ll feel celebrated and witnessed for who you really are, seeing your uniqueness as a source of strength rather than something to fix or hide.

What this program IS NOT:

  • It’s not about fixing, changing, healing or “curing” who you are.

  • It’s not a quick-fix solution or one-size-fits-all program.

  • It’s not about forcing progress or pushing through discomfort at a pace that doesn’t feel right for you.

  • It’s not a space for toxic positivity, spiritual bypassing, or ignoring real struggles.

  • It’s not clinical therapy or a replacement for medical or mental health treatment.

  • It’s not about perfection or getting it “right”, it’s about exploration and gentle practice.

  • It’s not a space where you have to mask, shrink, or perform to be accepted.

  • It’s not going to be diving into what neurodivergence is or isn’t, it’s going to be about you understanding YOUR unique experience of this, how to unlock the gifts and work WITH it
