Sunday, August 17th - 1:30 pm-5:30 pm
The theme for this workshop will be: Flow

This workshop is for queer, lesbian, or sapphic, and neurodivergent individuals who crave a gentle, nurturing space to shed the masks they've worn for survival and societal expectations.
Here, you can soften into your body, feeling safe to explore your authentic self without judgment or pressure. It’s a container designed to honour your unique neurodivergent wiring and queer identity, where you can connect deeply with others who share similar lived experiences. Together, we’ll cultivate connection, compassion, and embodiment through practices that invite vulnerability, connection, presence, and radical acceptance.
Whether you’re seeking healing, community, or a deeper relationship with your body and identity, this space welcomes you exactly as you are.

This is for you if:
You’re queer, lesbian or sapphic, and neurodivergent, and want a space where you can talk, move, and exist without having to hide parts of who you are or explain your experiences.
You feel disconnected from your body and want practical ways to feel safer, calmer, and more at ease in your own skin.
You’re curious to discover who you are underneath the habits of people-pleasing, masking, or staying small to feel safe.
You’re looking for simple, gentle practices you can use every day to help you feel grounded, present, and less overwhelmed.
You’re craving genuine connection with others who understand your lived experience without judgment or confusion.
You’re ready to treat yourself with more kindness, softness, and acceptance instead of constant self-criticism or pressure to change.
You’re exhausted from trying to fit into spaces that don’t consider your sensory needs, your identity, or how your brain works, and you’re ready for something built for you.

And you’re dreaming about:
Feeling calmer and safer in your body - wanting practical ways to soothe overwhelm, ease tension, and feel less “on edge” day-to-day.
Being in a space where you don’t have to explain yourselves, craving relief from having to translate or justify your identity, needs, or neurodivergent experiences.
Connecting with others who just get - longing for genuine conversations, shared laughter, and the comfort of people with similar lived experiences.
Understanding your body’s signals better, hoping to recognise early signs of stress, shutdown, or overstimulation, and know what to do next.
Learning simple practices you can use right away, wanting concrete tools like grounding techniques, gentle movements, or sensory supports that actually work for your nervous system.
recognise - desiring more self-acceptance, softness, and permission to show up as you are without shame.

This is NOT for you if:
You’re a CIS man or identify as neurotypical
You’re looking for a fast-paced, high-energy space or a goal-oriented workshop.
You’re uncomfortable with exploring embodiment, emotion, or gentle ritual in a group setting.
You’re not open to being in community with queer and neurodivergent folks, or you’re seeking a space focused on mainstream personal development.
You prefer spaces with a lot of structure, rules, or rigid frameworks over fluid, responsive facilitation.
You’re looking for clinical therapy or medical advice; this circle offers somatic, sensory, and community-based support, not treatment.

What’s included:
A Cacao Ceremony to support grounding, heart-opening, and connection
Community Connection with queer and neurodivergent souls who share similar lived experiences
Somatic and Sensory Practices to invite presence, safety, and embodiment
Guided Journaling Prompts for reflection, integration, and self-discovery
Nervous System-Friendly Grounding Tools to help you regulate and soothe in the moment
Ritual Elements and Soft Structure that honour both individual and collective experience
A Nurturing, Non-Judgmental Space where you are welcome exactly as you are
