My name is Caitlin Rose, I am 33 years old, Queer, with a Libra Sun, Scorpio Moon, and Pisces Rising. I am a Projector in Human Design, with a 3/5 Profile, and a Splenic Authority.

Over the past two years, I’ve been on my own journey of self-discovery after self-diagnosing as AuDHD (Autistic & ADHD), a path that has brought both relief and challenge as I’ve navigated what it means to exist in a world built for neurotypical rhythms and expectations.

It’s been a tender, complex unfolding, learning to honour my sensitivity, sensory needs, and nonlinear way of processing, while facing the reality of how overwhelming and fast-paced the world can feel.

Yet through this journey, I’ve also found profound acceptance in my neurodivergence, coming to see my deep sensitivity not as a flaw but as a source of wisdom, creativity, and connection that shapes how I experience the world.

Somatics and embodiment have become my anchors, helping me regulate and ground my energy, especially on days when everything feels “too much.”

Through gentle body-based practices and deep listening, I’ve learned to find safety and connection within myself rather than forcing myself to fit into spaces that weren’t designed for me. This shift has allowed me to embrace my sensitivity as a gift rather than a burden, an empowering part of who I am.

My lived experience shapes the way I hold space for others: with softness, compassion, and an understanding that true liberation begins in the body.

My work is an invitation to explore who you are beneath the masks and to create a life that honours your unique pace, sensitivity, and truth.
