My name is Caitlin Rose, and I am a Queer Somatic Guide devoted to supporting Neurodivergent, and Queer souls to unmask, soften, and unapologetically come home to themselves.

I believe that true liberation starts in the body, not through force or fixing, but through gentleness, deep listening, and acceptance.

My work is all about creating spaces where you can explore who you are beneath the masks and survival patterns. Together, we’ll work with the body, the senses, and the nervous system to build safety, connection, and trust from within.

I help you come back to your own pace, your own rhythm, and your own truth, especially in a world that can feel loud, fast, and overwhelming.

I bring over three years of experience as a somatic coach, five years of running connection-focused events, hands-on knowledge from working in disability support, specialising in mental health and neurodivergence, and a lifetime of experience as a neurodivergent individual. My approach blends body-based practices, nervous system education, and trauma-informed care to meet you exactly where you are.

If you’re longing to feel more at home in your body, to unlearn the need to mask, to explore your identity, or to create space for your sensitivity and queerness, my work is for you.

Together we unmask, unravel, and co-create a space where you can truly belong, in yourself, in your body, in your life 🤍
