My name is Caitlin Rose. I am 34 years old, Queer, with a Libra Sun, Scorpio Moon, and Pisces Rising. I am a Projector in Human Design, with a 3/5 Profile, and a Splenic Authority.
Over the past three years, I've been on a deep journey of self-discovery, navigating my identity as a Queer, AuDHD (Autistic & ADHD) person in a world that was not built with people like us in mind.
This path has brought both relief and challenge, as I've come to understand what it truly means to exist outside the dominant narrative: to have a body, a mind, and a way of moving through life that the mainstream so often overlooks or misunderstands.
It's been a tender, complex unfolding, learning to honour my own rhythms and needs while reckoning with the reality of how exhausting it can be to navigate spaces that weren't designed for us.
Yet through this journey, I've found profound acceptance in my neurodivergence, in my Queerness, and in the full complexity of who I am. I've come to see the ways I move through the world not as flaws to be corrected, but as sources of wisdom, creativity, and deep connection.
Somatics and embodiment have become my anchors. Through gentle body-based practices and deep listening, I've learned to find safety and connection within myself, rather than forcing myself to fit into spaces that were never made for me. This work has taught me that liberation is not just political; it begins in the body.
My lived experience shapes everything about how I hold space for others: with softness, compassion, and a fierce belief that LGBTQIA+ people, neurodivergent people, and disabled people deserve spaces that are genuinely built for them, not just tolerated in spaces built for others.
My work is an invitation to come home to yourself. To explore who you are beneath the masks, the adaptations, and the survival strategies, and to create a life that truly honours your body, your identity, and your truth.
