My name is Caitlin Rose, and I’m a Queer Somatic Coach and Disability Support Worker dedicated to creating spaces where neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ individuals can reconnect with their bodies, their communities, and their sense of belonging.

I believe that true liberation begins in the body, not through force, fixing, or striving, but through gentleness, deep listening, and acceptance. My work blends somatic coaching with psychosocial and person-centred support, creating a holistic space where you can explore who you are beneath the masks, expectations, and survival patterns.

Together, we work with the body, the senses, and the nervous system to cultivate inner safety, connection, and self-trust. This might look like slowing down to notice how your body communicates, attuning to the sensations that signal a yes or a no, or discovering sensory practices that support regulation and grounding.

I honour that everyone’s process unfolds at its own pace, and I support you in finding your rhythm and truth in a world that can often feel loud, fast, and overwhelming.

My approach integrates both practical support, such as structure, organisation, and psychosocial care, with embodied exploration, helping you bridge the gap between inner healing and everyday life.

Whether through somatic coaching, sensory awareness, or support work, my intention is to create spaces where you can feel safe to soften, unmask, and belong to yourself, your body, and the community.
